Primates Living inOpen Land

Primates in open lands have developed various behaviors in order to countervail carnivoresandraptors. For example, savannah monkeys can manage to use several types of voices to warn of anenemy arrival. They guard themselves by using different voices forraptorials attacking from the air, leopards and other carnivorous animals hiding behind trees and serpents crawling over the earth. Hearing a specific voice allows members to escape into appropriate directions.
