Heat Release System
The Earth was originally covered with a slime magma ocean. Eventually the surface cooled, solidified, and a rock layer called the crust resulted. Underneath the crust is a rock layer known as the mantle, where thermal energy is deposited. The mantle carries the inner heat to the Earth's surface following to the convection cycle. Much of this heat moves into magmatic activities which create new crusts and change existing crusts.
