Entrance Hall

You are about to experience a journey tracing back the 4.6 billion years of Earth's history. It all starts here. Let us first consider the symbolism of this hall. Situated up on our high ceiling inside the cylinder you will notice the artistic work entitled "Cosmic Waves." The floor patterns below you convey the image of a magnetic field. The fossil specimens you see here represent the living creatures that actually lived on the land, in the seas and in the skies 100 million years ago of the Cretaceous period. The entire hall seeks to express the image of the Earth floating in the cosmos and the mystery of all the creatures that have evolved between the cosmos and the hard crust of the Earth.
